Apple Best Customer Service EVER!
Apple Inc. Consumer Review
I have used Apple products for almost 29 years. I would pick their Customer Service the best of all companies. I have been consistently treated with respect, a rarity these days especially dealing with customer support over the phone. Overseas customer support can be hit or miss assuming one can understand the language. Apple has not put their tech support overseas as yet. iMac/iPod brilliance
Apple Inc. Consumer Review
In short, these two products have added a new dimension to a previously smooth operation. I made the jump to the Mac world this past weekend after the PC crapped out. Having no previous extension of vast technical knowledge, mere common sense drove me to plug the iPod into the PC to drag and drop the files from the hard drive. Lo and behold, it was that simple! Performing the inverse operation with the new iMac was even simpler.
Between the two I've got over 400GB of storage, which, for me, is a crap load of music files and SmartBoard lesson plans. Well worth the $2000 investment.
